Summary
My Personal Brand
I am seen as a hard worker with a positive attitude and ability to envision the future and get others excited about it. I’m also seen as a role model and leader who can identify an individual’s areas of strength and opportunities for growth.
I am someone who can effectively communicate, has a self-awareness of what her strengths are and surrounds herself with others who have strengths that fill my blind spots. I am courageous and able to have the tough conversations with employees, practices, and administrators. I am able to provide influence in those tough conversations and effectively negotiate to help find a common ground that can support all parties. Most importantly, I am a trusted leader who puts the needs of her staff first.

“There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.”
Carey Lohrenz
